CONSTRACTION NOTES.
• This garment is workd in one piece, top down, in the round, with raglan increases.
• Work begins with neckline, using Provisional cast-on method for the folded hem.
• Folded hem is worked in the round and has two holes for the cord.
• The bottom edge is shaped with German short rows.
• The body border and sleeves are worked in 1x1 rib.
• Hood is worked flat by picking up stitches from the hem.
• The top of the hood is sewn with Kitchener Stitch for neat finishing.
