This is a simple ribbed sock with Textured Reinforcement Under the Heel (TRUTH). It is knit toe-up and features a gusset heel, shaped with short rows. The cuff is finished with my Sufficiently Stretchy Bind-Off.

Choose S, M, or L (56, 64, 72) stitches in circumference, and knit in any length.

You may knit this one sock at a time or two at a time on circular needles using the Magic Loop method. I give lots of extra help in case you are new to knitting this way, such as charts, stitch counts, a row tracker, photos, special tips, and technique explanations. Pattern is 9 pages long, broken out by size for the special heel.

This pattern can be knitted by anyone, but it is designed to have extra strength for people who wear out socks under the heel.

For experienced sock knitters who are here for the heel, I hope this TRUTH technique delights you.
