Basically Biased HeadBands
Welcome the cold weather with these quick-knit headbands. Because of their construction, they naturally curve to fit around a head. Three different sizes (child, adult small, adult large) and four different yarn weight options (DK, worsted, bulky, super bulky) ensure plenty of options to keep a knitter busy. There are additional modification suggestions after the main pattern, which include adding faux buttons, knitting a headband in cotton yarn suitable for exercising, using two strands of fingering or sport weight yarn, and intarsia stripes.

Headbands are knit flat on straight needles. Seven pages of PDF written instructions include photo tutorials and no abbreviations! Metric measurements are included.

This is a great beginner’s pattern. Knitters must only know how to cast on, knit, increase by knitting into the front and back of a stitch, and decrease by knitting two stitches together.

Yarn Suggestions
DK: Knit Picks Swish DK, 73yd / 1oz (67m / 30g)

Super Bulky: Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick, 34yd / 1.9oz (31m / 54g)

Gauge is not critical but is included with pattern.
