’Baskerville’ - Cable Edged Sleeveless Cardigan

This is a generous fit cardigan with a show stopping cable trim. The easy shape shows off the beauty of the yarn as it drapes well and gently softens the stitch work.

Knitting ability: Intermediate

Skills required: You will need to work basic knit and purl stitches, and work a simple cable.

You will need:
One pair of 7mm (US 10 ½ ), a cable needle, Stitch Markers and a tapestry needle for sewing up.

Materials:
I used Rowan’s ‘Cocoon’ 80% Wool, 20% Mohair ‘MADE IN BRITAIN’ in chunky weight (100g = 115m/126y), in colour Mink M564, but you could use any chunky weight wool.

If you intend to substitute this yarn make sure you have checked the meterage per ball to get the correct amount

This is a roomy silhouette with positive ease, intended to be a slouchy fit. Our model is a slim UK 10 and she’s wearing a size 2.
