The Bastrop cowl begins with a provisional cast on and is knit flat, in rows. The Cable Check pattern has interesting texture on both the right and wrong side sides, making the cowl reversible. Why not show both sides at once? Before joining the beginning and ending rows, twist once and you have a Moebius cowl showing both textures!

Do you love texture? Cables? New to cables? Not to worry this design is mostly knits and purls with an occasional cable twist.
