Materials:
• Small amounts of worsted weight yarn in black and yellow.
• #2 Thin black yarn (for small symbol on yellow holder; or use a 92” piece of #3 worsted weight black yarn split into two 2-strand pieces)
• #1 Fine Black Yarn for mini symbol (on yellow oval)
• Size G/4.25mm, C/2.75mm, D/3.25mm H/5mm Crochet Hooks
• Small 1.25” elastic hair band (no metal, black or another color is fine)
• Split Jump Ring and Lanyard Clip (optional)
• Stitch Marker and Tapestry needle

Stitches and Techniques Used in this Pattern:
• Chain
• Slip Stitch
• Single Crochet
• Half Double Crochet
• Double Crochet
• Single Crochet two stitches together (Decrease)
• Working in Rounds
• Instructions given for Magic Ring

Gauge with G hook and SC: 4 sts and 4 rows = about 1”

APPLIQUE SIZES:

• MINI symbol with oval measures 2”x 1.5” high; Symbol alone measures 1.5” x 1” high
• SMALL symbol with oval measures 2.5” x 1.625” high; symbol alone measures 2” x 1.25” high
