In the spring of 2019, I attended the Washington County Fiber Tour for the second time. Living in Upstate New York, you see more horses and cows than sheep. But they are here!

I discovered this beautiful yarn by Battenkill Fibers while visiting their spinning and carding mill in Greenwich, New York. It spoke to me. I knew it wanted me to create something lacey, that appears to be very gentle, but it’s actually surprisingly durable and slightly coarse to the touch.

This pullover is worked top-down with a positive ease of 2 inches (regular fit).
