This awesome Baymax Helmet Hat was designed to make the lovable character from Big Hero 6 come to life for my son. He loves the movie and wanted more than anything to BE Baymax! Whether wearing the hat to stay warm or just for play, it will sure be a hit with your child too. (Fist bump…ba la la la la!)

This PDF file includes step by step instructions with plenty of pictures. This pattern is easy enough for an experienced beginner to make. It includes instructions for making the Baymax Helmet in 3 sizes- 12-24 months, 3-5 years, and 6-9 years. But, gives tips on how to increase for larger sizes.

Errata- 9/25/15: On the Eye Mask portion of the pattern Rows 5-7 should be corrected to read Row 5. Then proceed to the next row, which is 6. Do not do 3 repeats of Row 5.

10/8/15: New version of the pattern added to fix the typo in the eye mask portion of the pattern.
