„Be rooted“ ist mein erstes Design aus meiner Reihe „Just be U.
Der Name bedeutet „sei verwurzelt“ bzw. in der längeren Form „sei heimatverbunden“ in der Reihe „Sei einfach Du“Inspiriert wurde das Muster von den traditionellen Strickmustern von Socken und Jacken aus Österreich und Bayern.

„Be rooted“ ist für Fortgeschrittene geeignet und für StrickerInnen, die schon immer mal verschränkte Maschen und Zöpfe ausprobieren wollten. Der geteilte Saum und der leicht Oversize-Schnitt sorgen für den modernen Touch.
Der Pulli wird als Raglan von oben gestrickt, mit Zopfpanelen auf Vorder- und Rückseite. Durch die Konstruktion kann er ganz einfach an die Körperform und Länge angepasst werden.

Eine Bewegungszugabe von ca. 6-9 cm wurde einberechnet.
Miss dich selbst aus (noch besser lass Dich messen) und wähle die Größe, die am Besten zu Deinen Maßen passt. Bitte beachte, dass diese Maße nur erreicht werden können, wenn auch die Maschenprobe stimmt.

The „be rooted sweater“ is the 1st design of my „Just be U“-series.
The pattern is inspired by traditional Austrian and Bavarian textures patterns of sweaters and socks. It also reminds me to the roots of an old tree. So it means rooted and rooted in home. „Be rooted“ is a intermediate raglan design for those knitters who are new to textured and cable knitting. The splitted hemline and the slightly oversized fit give it a modern twist.

It is worked from the top down with a cable section on the front and back. The top down constructions makes it easy to customize the fit and length to your body.

This sweater is designed to have approx. 6-9 cm 2½ - 4 inches of positive ease. Please note that these measurements are only achieved if the correct gauge is maintained throughout. Measure yourself before starting your project, to determine which size will fit you the best.
