Sized for S/M (M/L, L/XL), to fit 36 (40, 44)” bust – this Tunisian Crocheted Top is supposed to be loose and flowy! It will stretch slightly too, as the pattern calls for a lacey stitch and alpaca/silk has a lot of give.

This is the perfect lightweight sweater for chilly nights on the beach. This sweet little sweater, created using a simple lacey Tunisian stitch, can be dressed up or down and works up very quickly! The stitch pattern seems complicated at first, but one you get a hold of it, it is very easy to do. There is NO shaping in the piece, so it makes a great first Tunisian lace crochet project. And the best part is, it can be worn a couple different ways, making it a very versatile piece.

At a glance:

  • Skill Level: Intermediate (but we think you can do it!)
  • Yarn: About 600-1000 yards of fingering/light sport weight yarn
  • Hooks: Size G Tunisian
  • This piece is worked from the bottom up. The length is meant to be cropped, but you can add additional length to the piece pretty easily (instructions available in the pattern). Please plan to purchase extra yarn if you are going to adjust the length.
