  1. The only reason I used a RHSS yarn in solid (Light Blue) it was to complete the last 10 rounds of the skirt section; I should’ve bought 2 skeins of the Ombre in True Blue but failed to do so, and therefore, when I went back to the store, they were out of the color I needed.

  2. I used an 8mm hook and crocheted this very loosely. If you crochet tight stitches, then you may want to use a 9mm or 10mm hook.

  3. For the last 3 rounds of the skirt, I used post stitches, however you can easily just use double crochet stitches, if so desired.

  4. This is an easy pattern that makes a very pretty, varying shades of blue Cover-Up for the beach or poolside…
