Beach Wave 3in1 – one pattern, three stunning possibilities!
Whether you dream of a breezy summer top, a casual tee, or an elegant blouse, this design has you covered. With its flattering, glove-like fit, the sleeved version feels as if it were tailor-made just for you, adding a touch of sophistication to your handmade wardrobe.
The suggested Pascuali yarn is perfect for summer – light, formable, and fitting you like a second skin. For a firmer sleeve, so the stitch pattern keeps its shape instead of draping softly around your wrist, choose pure silk from Knitting for Olive. Both yarns have their own unique advantages and are highly recommended for this garment, with pure silk being especially well-suited for the long-sleeve version.
The construction is delightfully classic, worked from the bottom up – a nod to timeless knitting traditions. Choose your favorite style, or knit them all, and let the gentle rhythm of the stitches carry you away like waves lapping the shore.

GAUGE
26 sts x 35 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm / 4” x 4” in lace
With 3mm needles, or with needles meet the gauge. I recommend making the swatch bigger to be able to measure the real gauge. With 72 sts f.e. (with 2 edge stitches per side and 4 repeats of the lace stitch pattern. Look at page 21.

Circumference of the finished garment

Pick a size with 4 - 15cm (2-6 ‘‘) negative ease to your bust circumference. And with some positive ease to your waistline. This garment should sit fitted. Also, the sleeves are designed to sit very tight to your upper arm to the elbows.
