Introduction
The Beacon Hill Beanie is a knitted skull style cap inspired by 90s skater fashion, but with a feminine twist. This beanie is knitted with alternating colors, but can be adjusted to use more or less colors. The pattern can also be modified to accommodate different head sizes. I recommend knitting with a strand of brushed alpaca or mohair to display a more fluffy, fuzzy look.

Materials

• Drops Lima held by 1 strand of Drops Melody, 1 skein each
• 6.5mm circular needles with 24cm cord (if using magic loop method) or 6.5mm double-pointed needles

Sizing & Customization
This pattern was created based on a head circumference of 21.5in (54.5cm). The number of casted on stitches can be modified to the creator’s head circumference. If modifying, please ensure the number of casted on stitches are divisible by 4. Also, the number of rows knitted for the base of the beanie can be adjusted based on head size.

13 stitches x 21 rows knitted in stockinette on 6.5mm needles = 4 x 4 in (10 x 10 cm)
