This shawl resembles the Fallgora Stole excepting that it comes in two sizes and there are both written instructions and charts for both sizes.

Bead lightning! Lightning in which the intensity appears to vary along the path and which resembles a string of beads! The pattern appears as panels of vertical and horizontal bolts of lightning when it is worn.
Great for a beginner to become familiar with working with lace and beads and an advanced knitter who likes elegance and the drape that beads lend.

I strung the beads before knitting but you can follow any method you are comfortable with.

Seed beads size 6.
564 beads to be exact for the 60” x 18” sized shawl
668 beads to be exact for the 70” x 18” sized shawl
Tassels with beads--optional.

2 skeins required for both sizes. There is enough yarn left over especially for the smaller size to add tassels with beads. I have not given instructions for adding tassels.
