Bead Stitch Crochet Baby Blanket
A free version is also available.
This pattern is also available for FREE on my website HERE.
Learn how to crochet the bead stitch! This textural stitch is about to become one of your new favorites.
The bead stitch crochet baby blanket pattern is a great, memorizable pattern. Use three yarn colors and carry the yarn up the sides so you have very few ends to weave in!
The baby blanket is finished with a herringbone half double crochet border, a slight twist on classic double crochet that gives the border extra texture.
I hope you enjoy this pattern!

Notes
You can watch a video tutorial for this pattern on my YouTube channel.
Pattern is worked carrying yarn colors up the sides so there are far fewer ends to weave in.
I like to ch 1 ahead of dc rows even though it is more conventional to ch 2. If you’d prefer to ch 2, go for it!
Turning ch never counts as a st.
To adjust the width of this blanket, ch any odd number.
