Beaded
The “Beaded” mosaic overlay pattern uses an approximate 2,968 yds of DK weight acrylic yarn. The pattern was tested using Scheepjes Color Crafter (a DK weight low-pill acrylic yarn @ 300 m/328 yds per skein). However, the suggested can easily be substituted by any DK weight yarn of your choice. In crafting this pattern, I used 6 skeins of black (Ede), and one skein for each of the remaining colors (B: teal/Dordrecht, C: spring green/Almelo, D: powder blue/Urk). As always, you can substitute colors presented in this pattern with colors of your choosing. Just remember: when substituting, always check yardage per skein. It is better to have too much than too little. You will need a 3.5 mm/E hook. Stitch markers are highly recommended.
This is an easy pattern. B, C, D rows are BL SC from start to finish. For this reason, You are asked to repeat R2 throughout the pattern for Colors B, C, D. Color A rows are written in detail.
The pattern contains, specifications, abbreviation guide, graph key, designer notes, written instructions and a fully expandable graph.
