This simple-to-make lacy shrug is knitted using Rowan Kidsilk Haze laceweight mohair. The shrug is knitted from cuff to cuff, with a hood knitted seperately and attached afterwards.

A simple crochet edging in a contrast colour using small beads threaded onto the yarn gives the shrug a touch of sparkle, and it would make an ideal cover-up for Butterfly Dress, knitted in a co-ordinating colour.
