This pattern is available for free.

You can find this pattern for free on my blog, or you can purchase an ad-free printable PDF version (including a text only version). The PDF also includes the pattern for the matching scarf.

You’ll need less than 1 skein of Lion Brand Ice Cream yarn for the beanie. I made both the beanie and the matching double wrap cowl with 2 skeins total. You’ll need a size I and J hook to make the hat. You’ll also need a tapestry needle and a pom pom for the hat, if you’d like to add one.

As written, the beanie is 8” tall and 21” in circumference, but the pattern can easily be adapted for other sizes or to make a slouchier fit.

You’re welcome to do whatever you’d like to with finished products made from this pattern but if you do sell them, I ask that you link back to my page. You may not copy this pattern, repost it anywhere (either altered or in its original form), or claim it as your own. You may not use any photos on this site for your own use.
