Pattern Notes
Terminology: Written in standard US crochet terms.
Skill Level: Intermediate (requires basic amigurumi knowledge, color changes, and assembly).
Working Method: Worked in joined rounds (not spiral); join each round with a slip stitch (sl st) and chain 1 (ch 1) to start the next.
Construction:
Body & Legs: The legs are crocheted first and then joined to continue as one piece for the body.
Assembly: Arms, ears, nose, and tail are crocheted separately and sewn onto the body.
Finishing:
Eyes: Use 10mm safety eyes between rounds 30 and 31.
Stuffing: Firmly stuff the body and head as you work, particularly during decrease rounds.
Closing: Use the “invisible close” method by threading yarn through the front loops of the final round.
