WORKED IN a chequerboard colour pattern, Mary Henderson’s design has a relaxed T-shirt shape with ‘grown on’ sleeves. The scooped neck is edged with a strip of eyelets, as are the cuffs and hem; Mary has added tassels around the lower edge, but these can be left off if preferred.

Notes from the Designer:
Tension statement should read: 32 sts to 10cm over pattern on 3mm needles. The cast on uses 3.25 to provide looser tension for eyelet row for added the fringe. Main body is knitted on 3mm needles or whichever size gives tension
