BEE FRIENDLY VEST
It is a slightly boxy cut vest, worked from the top down.
• It begins at the back, working increases towards the shoulders.
• The front panels are worked separately by picking up stitches, then shaping the neckline
and finally increasing towards the armholes, which are deep to provide mobility.
• The design is cropped style (if you wish to make it longer than the suggested measurements, please consider that you will need more yarn). Finishing is done in 1x1 ribbing and
i-cord for the armholes.
IMPORTAN: CORUJA SALVAJE has 115meters per 100g, if you use a yarn with twice the yardage per 100 grams, you should hold it double if you want to achieve the same look and feel.
IMPORTANT!
For larger sizes, the stitch count distribution is different for the front and the back to ensure a better fit for the vest.
TECHNIQUES
Long tail cast on.
Right and left leaning increases (on both knit and purl).
Backward loop cast on (for neckline and armhole shaping).
Pick up and knit stitches.
2/2 Right and Left cables.
Decreases: right and left-leaning decrease.
Tubular bind off.
I-cord.
Reading charts.
