A year or two ago, I saw an ad on my social media for a ring that said “Be Kind” on the outside and “…of a bitch” on the inside. This absolutely tickled me. But since I don’t wear much jewelry and didn’t want to spend money on a ring that would likely turn my finger green, I decided to spend countless hours and an ungodly amount of money on yarn and learning stranded knitting so I could create these mittens instead. I designed these to be a matching pair for my sister Molly and me. I decided to use a bee with a very floral/woodland motif just to make it even more jarring when you turn the mittens over and see what is written on the palms. I hope you or whoever you may gift these mittens to gets as much of a kick out of them as I do.

The pattern is for a women’s medium size mitten but can be adjusted by changing the needle size.

It needs 50 g of the main color and 50g of the contrast color.
