This is an intermediate pattern. You will need 2 different color yarns. Yarns I used:
1 skein of Tatamy Tweed by Kraemer Yarns, DK weight, 45% cotton / 55% acrylic, 250 yrds, in color Harvest gold.
1 skein of Anchor Bay by Cascade Yarns, DK weight, 50% cotton / 50% superwash merino wool, 262 yrds, in color Silver.
Approximately 100 to 150 yards were used. Tools needed: G6/4mm hook, scissors, blunt tapestry needle for weaving in ends and a stitch marker to hold your place when taking a break. My finished size was 4.5 inches across. I used this pattern to make a trivet for my kitchen. I made three hexagons and whip stitched them together.
