This pattern is worked in rounds, not rows
I used medium weight yarn: specifically the Caron Cotton Cakes brand, with a 5mm hook
1 skein of (211 yards) is more than enough yarn to finish this pattern
If you complete the pattern in the same size yarn and hook as indicated above a 19” metal ring will work nicely for attaching the doily - if not attaching to a ring please block your finished product for best result
