Parallel lines have everything in common… but they never meet. Then again, they never drift apart.

You will need approximately 700 yds of Color A and 400 yds of Color B in fingering weight yarn. The shawl, when blocked and finished is about 72 inches long and 36 inches deep.

The powerful and yet simple nature of of slipped stitch color work continues to fascinate me. In this design I enjoyed not just the shifting color patterns but creating texture as well. I hope you like knitting your shawl as much I liked making mine.
