Amigurumi Pepper Pattern - Crochet Food - easy PDF Pattern

This pattern does not include crochet lessons.
Skill level - beginner, but you need to have basic crochet skills to finish the pattern.
Stuff as you go, spread stuffing evenly from the center to the sides.
It may help to use strong thread matching color to sew the parts, do not use plush yarn for sewing.
Final size of the toy ~ 10 cm. Please note: final size of your toy depends on materials and tools you use and how you crochet (tight or loose).

For hands and feet, you can use any smooth yarn of any structure and color. I used 160m/50g, cotton / acrylic yarn (sport weight / 4ply or DK / 8 ply), and a 2.5 mm (C) hook. But for the body, you need to use a thicker yarn - for example, velvet yarn. Velvet yarn 120m / 100g (super bulky / super chunky weight) about 1 skein and hook size 3.5 mm (E).

Recommended materials and tools

1. Plush yarn Himalaya Dolphin Baby (YarnArt Dolce or similar) red and green colors.
2. JEANS YARNART / BABY COTTON GAZZAL/COTTON GOLD ALIZE red and yellow colors. JEANS YARNART skin color (number 73) and thin brown yarn, to decorate.
3. Size 3.5mm for plush yarn and size 2,5mm for cotton yarn.
4. Button eyes d.12 mm. Felt fabric white color.
5. Toy stuffing (any polyfill stuffing).
6. Tapestry needle and sewing thread to sew the tail; scissors and stitch markers.
