You are looking at a crochet pattern for a precious little cardigan. This cardigan is made without having to sew any pieces together! It’s a quick and easy pattern. This would be a perfect “first garment” pattern for a beginner ready to tackle their first garment pattern. It comes with a series of videos, where I do the entire cardigan on video. This little sweater can be made in a variety of sizes, by switching your yarn and hook. It can be made with short sleeves or long sleeves. The flower pattern on the headband IS included in this pattern.

With this one pattern, you can make a variety of sizes, your gauge and yarn will determine the size you make. Accurate gauge is given for all sizes on the pattern.

Materials needed:
Yarn -
Fingering or Lace weight yarn for preemie, newborn, or 0-3 months
Sport weight yarn for 3-6 months, or 6-12 months
Dk or light worsted weight yarn for 12-18 months, 18-24 months, or 2T
Worsted weight yarn for 3T, or 4-5T

Buttons
3 for the cardigan
1 for flower (to add to headbands) optional
Yarn Needle Ribbon (to add to sleeves)optional*
I do not give a recommended hook size on this pattern. The hook you need will depend on the gauge needed for the size you want to create.
If you are unfamiliar with making gauge swatches to achieve the correct gauge, I do have videos available for that.

Difficulty - Intermediate, although this is an easy pattern, and with the videos, it’s a great “first cardigan” pattern for a beginner
