The Belle Bag is a lightweight and practical market bag worked seamlessly in the round from the center of the base upward. The base is shaped with four increase lines, followed by an airy mesh body and a neat folded upper band that adds structure and provides a secure base for attaching the handles.

The cotton and linen blends make the bag durable, breathable, and ideal for everyday use, shopping, travel, or trips to the beach. The bag is washed and dried flat before the handles are attached. Leather, fabric, or faux-leather handles may be used.

Size: One size.
Finished measurements: Approximately 32 cm wide and 38 cm high, excluding the handles.

Recommended yarn:
- DROPS Belle — 53% cotton, 33% viscose, 14% linen; 50 g / 120 m
Yarn required: 3 balls / approximately 360 m in total.
or
- BC Garn Allino — 50% cotton, 50% linen; 50 g / 125 m
Yarn required: 3 balls / approximately 375 m in total.

Needles and tools:

• 3.00 mm double-pointed needles or circular needles suitable for working in the round
• 3.50 mm double-pointed needles or circular needles suitable for working in the round
• 1 beginning-of-round marker and 4 removable stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
• One pair of bag handles

Skill level: Confident beginner.
