This is a perfect first garment, worked flat and bottom up, featuring clean lines and dramatic bell sleeves.

SKILLS NEEDED
You will need to know how to cast on (sample project is using cable cast on method but other methods can be substituted), work a knit stitch, work a purl stitch, bind off, and seam pieces.
