If you don’t have much of yarn for tassels or bomboms, or if you just dislike making them, here comes your salvation. Knitting a little bell at the beginning and the end of the Icord is functional, educational, easy and fun.

It’s functional because it provides the weight and the neat finish for the Icord. It’s educational because if you’re a beginner or a teacher, you can use this project to learn or teach different ways of increase and decrease without having to make a huge piece. Once you finish practicing your first Belled Icord, you’ll find yourself looking for leftover yarn to make more of them. Perhaps you’ll start a list of where and how to use your new adventurous Icords.

Enjoy :)
