2-3 year old – about 50 g worsted weight yarn, 4.5 mm/US size G crochet hook
child – about 50 g worsted weight yarn, 5mm/US size H crochet hook
Adult – about 50 g heavy worsted weight yarn, 6 mm/US size J crochet hook
