Bellu Vest
Bellu Vest is a classic vest with slightly dropped shoulders and a deep V-neckline, fastened with buttons.
The vest is worked from the top down in a stockinette stitch flat. It begins with the back yoke shaped with German Short Rows. Once the desired back length is reached, the right and left front pieces are worked and the V-neck is shaped. After completing all parts, the back and fronts are joined to continue the body flat until the desired length. The hem is worked in a 2x2 rib stitch. The body is finished with a double pleat with buttonholes. Finally, the armholes are worked in a 2x2 rib stitch in the round and the buttons are sewn to the pleat after blocking the vest.
