Bellwether Hat
To celebrate the knitting community, the Bellwether Hat pattern is just $2 through December 31, 2026 with the code THEFLOCK. A little thank you for knitting along with me!
A little celebration of sheep and the wool that we love so much! It features a flock of sheep bordered by a little field of flowers. This pattern includes baby, child and adult sizes so you can knit one for everyone in the family!
This hat is a companion to the Bellwether Sweater, which I designed for Sacred Sheep 2026.
The dark green sample was knit in Ritual Dyes Marona for the MC and oSHēn Fibers Bubbles DK for the CC. The bouclé yarn adds some texture and fluffiness for the sheep! The tan sample is knit in TOD from Lamb & Kid for the MC and Woolfolk Flette for the CC. You can use any DK or light worsted-weight yarn that give you the correct gauge and creates a fabric you like.
