Beme-socks have subtle pattern to follow to keep you from not falling asleep while knitting socks for the man who likes simple socks. The pattern has instructions for size 72 stitches, both cuff down and toe up with written and charted instructions.

The pattern is written for magic loop, but can easily be modified for double pointed needles.

Yarn:

100 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 410 m (448 yds)/100g.

The sample socks were knitted with Drops Fabel, 205 m/224 yds per 50g.

Needles etc:

2.25-2.75 mm/ US 1.5-2 circular needle 100 cm/ 40” long.
Marker, tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

Gauge:

34 sts x 44 rows = 10 x 10 cm/ 4” x 4” in stockinette stitch after blocking.
