The Bernard sock are knit from the cuff down, with a heel flap and gusset.

The motif is inspired by block printed fabric, and the colorwork section is easy and intuitive. There are very few rows where you’ll have longer floats to manage.

Sizing:

size 1: up to 8.5 inch foot circumference
size 2: up to 9.5 inch foot circumference
size 3: up to 10.5 foot circumference

Up to 1” of negative ease

Materials

You need contrasting colors of fingering weight sock yarn

Main color: 70 - 75g
Contrast color 1: 25-30g

I used 2.5mm circular needles.

Note: I added a 15% buffer for yarn quantity.
