The design is also available as a yarn kit by fraukuhn.

An absolute favourite summer activity in the city of Bern is enjoying the open-air swimming pools. Inspired by their beautiful locations in nature or in the middle of the city, I designed a practical crochet bag that can hold all of the bathing essentials.

The bag makes use of very basic crochet stitches and is designed with clever construction elements that make it sturdy and easy to use.

Together with Simone from the LYS fraukuhn, we have put together a yarn kit with uni color and striped variations. The striped variations are all named after the Bernese pools: Marzili, Eichholz, Wylerbad, Weyerli, Lorrainebad, Ka-We-De, Könizer-Badi, Muribad, Ostermundigebadi, Münsigerbadi.

Instructions are given in written abbreviated form and US terms.

’Berner Badi Tasche’ translates to Bernese Pool Bag.
