Bertie is a slightly slouchy, two-color brioche cowl in Madelinetosh Farm Twist that I originally designed for in-store classes at eatsleepknit, my day job. It features an optional I-cord edge to keep things tidy.

It’s recommended for brioche beginners, or anyone who likes soft, squishy cowls!
