Bethany Crop - named for the sweetest beach town on the East Coast, this sweater was designed with warm days and crisp evenings in mind. Intended to be knit with cotton yarn (we used We Are Knitters: The Cotton), this is a pullover that is quick to knit up and will soon be your favorite for snuggling up in!

This sweater is designed to be breezy in fit, with 6-8” of positive ease. It begins knit flat for the upper back and chest and is then joined in the round for the body, top-down. No seaming is involved, but embroidered exposed seams give this sweater its signature outlined look.

This pattern is recommended for intermediate knitters, or knitters who are up for learning some new skills including casting on & off in the middle of rows, German Short Rows, and I-cord bind-off.
