Betsy Top

The Betsy Top pattern is suitable for intermediate level crocheters. The pattern is made to your personal measurements, and can be recreated to fit any size.

As an example-
I used 200 yards of crochet thread #3 (weight 1 yarn) ~ for a size medium 95cm bust~ tester lookbook includes yardage of testers for extra reference-
Required MATERIALS: must meet patterns gauge
• Yarn size- crochet thread 3
• similar to weight 1 fingering yarn and a light DK weight yarn
The yarn size for this pattern is a requirement, using a smaller or larger size yarn weight will alter the length of the decreases & effect the overall look.
• Yarn Material- I recommend 100% cotton, but any material yarn will work- ex: merino wool, wools, acrylic, pima cotton, alpaca, stretchy blends
• 3.5mm hook or size up/down .5mm to match the patterns gauge
• Measuring tape
• 2-4 stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors
• buttons (about 2-3)
• used to close the front bust section
• needle & thread to sew buttons
