Named after the Paul Simon song “You can Call me Al”. Legend has it he came up with the “I can call you Betty…you can call me AL” portion due to someone mishearing his and his wife’s name. I loved this idea of the little inside jokes you share with a loved one. These socks can be as feminine or manly as desired- do the beaded version (beads only on front of sock so there is no uncomfortableness when propping your legs up) or the non-beaded version. Pattern also has the option to do in 2 color stripes or in a solid color. Make a matching pair or fraternal twins.
