Spring and early summer often blend together in a wonderful haze of colourful blooms – the white anemones, daffodils, cherry blossoms, tulips, apple trees, lilac… This scarf fully embraces that delicate beauty and playfulness of the season. It’s perfect to knit on a picnic under the blooming trees, but works just as well on a cosy couch on a rainy day. Let your favourite blooms guide your colour choices. Or go wild and use scraps for each block!

NOTES
The stitch count stays the same throughout the shawl. Not all colour blocks are of equal length. You can adjust them further to suit your preferences by working more or less repeats on each block. Note that this affects the amount of yarn you need.

If you’d like to, you can use just one colour for the shawl, or work each section with a separate colour for a fun scrap yarn project!
