PATTERN DETAILS
Skill Level: Intermediate
Size: 16” wide by 62” long
Techniques used include: chart reading, lace
Gauge: one pattern repeat is 3 ¼” wide by 5” tall, blocked.
Note: Gauge is not critical, but a notable variance will affect size of project and yardage needed.

MATERIALS
Yarn: Windy Valley Muskox, Cashmere, 218 yds / 28 g each, 4 skeins in 3009 Fresh Picked Red
OR 870 yds of Light Fingering Weight yarn
Needles: US 3/3.25 mm, or size to obtain gauge
St markers (optional)

NOTES
Wrong-side rows can be work in Stockinette st (purl WS rows) or in garter st (knit WS rows). Sample shown in garter. Working as Stockinette st lace will result in a slightly longer shawl; working as garter st will make it reversible. It’s up to you!

ERRATA
CO line should end with “and 3 edge sts,” not 4 sts. I apologize!

-->A new pdf was uploaded on May 13, 2019. While there were no “mistakes” in the previous version, there was some debate among test users regarding how to number the chart rows. I have renumbered the chart rows to better reflect my original intent on the topic.

Thank you to these wonderful test knitters: aderizky, NikkisStudio, nufras, queenbigears, terevalencia, and TwistedColors for their valuable time and feedback!
Many thanks, also, to my friends in the Arvada Knitters group!

Thank you to all the knitters who downloaded it while it was free, and for all the kind comments and interest. Happy knitting!
