Is life always greener beyond the fence? It’s something I think about a lot. I am not very fond of the saying that it’s greener where you water it, because what if you don’t have any water? And I guess it also always depends on which side of the fence you’re on. We have no control over most of the things in life, we can only control our reaction. The Beyond the Fence Hat is your invitation to stand on whichever side of the fence you want and make it as green and colourful as you want it to be.

Construction
The Beyond the Fence Hat is knit in the round from brim to crown, with a double brim that is knitted together with the cast on edge before knitting the body of the hat. There are four rows of colourwork just past the brim, with no more than 4 sts to float.
