BFC stands for Boyfriend Cardigan. It’s long, simple and warm. This cardigan is a perfect basic garment to match with jeans or dress, with T-shirt or Oxford shirt.
BFC is knitted seamlessly from bottom up in Stockinette Stitch. The sleeves are worked in the round and joined to the body at the beginning of yoke. Rest of the cardigan is knitted in one piece. The buttonbands are knitted together with body and yoke, so no picking up stitches at the end! Patch pockets are knitted sideways and sewn to the cardigan later.

Techiques used: Kitchener Stitch/Grafting, short rows, provisional cast on.

The pattern includes also a video tutorial on how to sew the pockets.
