Even though the necklace is technically made with the chain stitch, you can use your fingers to make this necklace. This is an easy pattern, so great for beginners, and one that is good to use up yarn ends, especially yarn that has an intereresting look.

Those of you making your own hand spun and hand dyed yarn, I think making one of these or a small version of one of these is a great way to promote your yarn’s uniqueness.
