The Bibliotheque Scarf was designed as a cozier version of the silk scarves I love to wear in the summer. It is cousin to the forthcoming Library Shawl. Knit with one strand of fingering and one strand of silk mohair in a lovely texture.

Featuring I cord edges, herringbone stitch, and optional short rows, this scarf is simple yet full of finishing touch details. The scarf is worked flat back and forth, with increasing and decreasing to create pointed ends. Optional short rows create a thicker mid-section.

This is a one-size scarf, measuring 40”/ 124cm long and 4.5”/11cm wide at widest part.
