Big Loops Sweater
This is a fun, quick and oversized knit.
The perfect sweater for throwing on, on a chilly day. Knitted in jumbo boucle, it makes for the perfect snuggly knit. It is a boxy, cropped style fit. The measurements given are for the finished size and take into account the positive ease, which is approximately 15cm. If you want a smaller fit, I suggest sizing down one size.
Sizing
XS, S, M, L, XL
Measurements (approximate)
Approx finished chest: 102 (111, 116, 124, 129) cm
with approx 15 cm positive ease depending on size and yarn.
Body length
36 (38, 39, 40, 41) cm
Sleeve length
34 (35, 36, 37, 38) cm
The sleeve and body length can be fully custom to your style, but I have given length above for yarn amounts to be based on, as pictured in samples. So bear in mind you will need more/less yarn for different lengths.
Boucle is an arty, imperfect yarn by nature. Full of loops and softness rather than sharp stitch definition. Your finished sweater may come out slightly different in size depending on your tension and yarn choice, and that’s all part of the handmade beauty
