The Billowing Stole combines garter stitch with easy lace to create shapes reminiscent of ocean waves. This stole is worked back and forth in one piece from end to end.

Yarn Rowan Felted Tweed (50% wool, 25% alpaca, 25% viscose; 191 yd 175 m/1¾ oz 50 g): #167 Maritime, 7 balls. Yarn distributed by Sirdar USA.

Needles Size 7 (4.5 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
