Binault, this sure is a stunning poncho to knit and to wear. It’s worked from the top down and all in one piece.
Starting with a beautifully cabled mini cowl or a very loose fitting turtle neck, if you want to call it that. The raglan increases grow the poncho in size and a plain knitting block grows it in length. The final touch is another cabled border.

The poncho has plenty of room worked into the pattern if you reach the correct gauge, so choose your actual size.

The written and charted pattern is for bust sizes ranging from 34”/36/38, 40/42/44, 46/48/50”.
For larger sizes see the “Before you move on” section on Page 3 of the pattern.
