Description Birdie is so dang cute!!! She is knit seamlessly bottom up, the arms and ears are knit on, not sewn on.

Supplies Needed You will need about 80 yards of your MC for the Body, Arms, and Ears. 10 yards or less of colorful scrap yarn for your Easter Egg. Scrap yarn for the bunny’s fluffy tail pom pom. Black embroidery thread (or yarn) for the eyes. Stuffing for the body.

We do have KITS available on the shop!

The pattern includes written instructions and video tutorials.

Size

DK Weight Size - 4” tall

Fingering Weight Size - 2.5” tall

Gauge

When choosing a yarn and needle size, you’re going to want a dense fabric. That’s important for durability and keeping all the stuffing in. So when in doubt, go down a needle size.

These are suggestions for each weight:

Fingering - US Size 1 - 3 (2.5mm - 3.25mm)

Sport - US Size 3 (3.25mm)

DK - US Size 4 (3.5mm)

Worsted - US Size 5 (3.75mm)

TOOLS

32” (80 cm) circular needle or Double Pointed Needles, see gauge information for needle size recommendation

Darning Needle

Polyfil or Poly Pellets for stuffing

Removable Stitch Markers

Embroidery Thread for eyes (optional)

Sample Colorways This sample was knit with undyed/naked yarn.
